So IL Women's Teen Conference

Attention Young Women!
The annual Southern Illinois Women's Teen Conference is at John A. Logan College in Carterville on February 25, 2012 from 8:30am-2:00pm. The cost is $20. It includes your choice of 16 different breakout sessions, lunch, and a variety of exhibitors(including us).  Tell your friends and sign up by phone 618-985-9210, or 800-416-1745, or call our office and we'll see that you and your friends are hooked up with registration.  You need to register by February 20th.  You can also register online at www.w4hw.org and pay by credit card using PayPal.

Ladies that come into our office in the afternoon of February 14th will get a carnation from Dr. John to celebrate Valentine's Day.

Penguin Happy Healers

Penguin shaped Happy Healers
We will be offering "Happy Healers" cold packs that are shaped like penguins at our office.   They are only $5.00(tax incl.)  Get one before they waddle away.  They come in blue, pink, and white.

Carterville Food Pantry

We are now a Carterville Food Pantry collection site.  Feel free to drop off non perishable items for the food pantry at our office.

Our New Office

We're making way for "progress" and moving 2 blocks North to 1027 S. Division St.  Our last day in the present office will be December 1, and we will start in the new office on December 6 (12/6/10).  Our phone number is the same (618-985-4344) so give us a call and see our new office!

We now offer Power Vibe sessions.  It is an exciting new muscle toning machine that you stand on while it provides small up and down motion.  It helps you improve your muscle tone and balance.  10 minutes per day, 3-4 times per week.
